This Internet presence (hereafter called website) is provided by the Schauenburg Group (hereafter called service provider). You can find details about us under the menu item "Contact".

General application:
Every access of a website page by a user and every retrieval of a data file is saved in a log file. Storage of these files is done exclusively for internal system-related and statistical purposes.

In detail, with every retrieval the following data records are stored:
Name of the retrieved file
Date and time of the retrieval
Transferred data quantity
Report, whether the retrieval was successful
Description of the type of web browser used
Domain inquiry

These data sets do not correspond with individual persons. A discharge of this statistical raw data does not happen.

Specifications within the framework of registration, application or dispatchment of data via email or contact form made by users are only processed for the purpose of lawfully fulfilling the tasks of the service provider. A sale of addresses to third parties does not happen.

The employees of the service provider are obliged to discretion in regard to personal data. Passing on this data to third parties will only occur, if this is necessary for the lawful fulfillment of the service provider (in the interest of the users or in regard to their application). Such third parties are also obliged through agreements with the service provider to observe data protection rights.

The service provider points out that transmitted data can potentially be inspected by third parties during the transmission process of the electronic application (see 2). Additionally, communication via email involves the risk of the sent information being inspected, distorted or deleted by unauthorised persons in transit.

When you leave the website, for example through clicking hyperlinks, and reach outside pages, the service provider is legally not responsible for these sites and their contents. Please compare their data protection statements at that time.
